What is The Human Element?
Definition: The Human Element is a systematic approach for improving the way people work together leading to greater accomplishment of goals and better individual, team, and organizational performance.
The Human Element Foundation systematically approaches shortfalls in the support systems surrounding children, engaging committed citizens to improve the lives of our youngest and most vulnerable citizens by working together to lead to better outcomes and to the ultimate accomplishment of our goal: to lift up and support children in need in our community and beyond.
Community Support and Outreach

We support child-based initiatives, and philanthropies that serve other at-risk groups by thoughtful and targeted giving. Whether it be receiving, organizing, and disseminating donations (both in-kind and monetary), or through one-on-one interactions to assist families with specific needs, we leverage our ability to support these groups with a combination of manpower and sheer willpower.

Educational Support
We support select programs that help students both inside and outside the classroom.
We support after-school programs, summer camp opportunities, and the purchase of back-to-school supplies and athletic equipment.
For those who are interested in starting or continuing University study, we assist with admission fees, tuition assistance, fees for books and materials, and computers.

Youth Development
By supporting youth development and entrepreneurship programs, we are teaching the next generation skills such as leadership, volunteerism, and business development, that will support them in the present and beyond.

Children’s Health
It is difficult to underestimate the importance of proper nutrition, access to hygiene products, and funding for research into childhood disease.
We seek to fill the needs of students through food distribution and support programs, support for organizations that seek to address hygiene insecurity, and funding for philanthropies that devote their resources to eradicating some of the worst childhood medical afflictions.
